Be made to suffer what the victim encountered
Be put in a cage with friends and family of the victim. So they can seek revenge.
Be made to dig the grave and be made to tend to it so it reminds him of what his actions lead to.
Be subject to having new drugs tested on them. Especially ones that are suspected to be dangerous.
Be given a high dose of warfarin and made to bleed and hang him up where the blood pores out.
Have a tattoo on his head and shave all his hair off letting ppl know what he's done and what it lead to.
